RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We have a 30 day return policy, which means that you have 30 days after returning your article to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your article will be in the same way as you have received it, not worn or not used, with the labels, and in its original packaging. You are also interested in the price or the purchase price.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return etiquette, including the instructions on the manner and location of your items. The articles here are sent without prior request and are not accepted.

Dommages et problèmes
Please inspect your order at the reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the bad item, so that we can evaluate the problem and remedy it.

Exceptions / articles not returnable
Certain types of articles cannot be returned, such as dangerous products (such as food, flowers or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized articles) and products of such personnel (such as beauty products). We do not accept returns of dangerous products, inflammable liquids or gas. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns concerning your specific article.

Unfortunately, we do not accept the returns of articles in stock or gift cards.

Exchanges
Here is the quickest way to ensure that you get it and that you want to return the article you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate entry for the new article.

14-day reflection period of the European Union
However, as stated above, if the order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for that reason. Remboursements
We will inform you once we have requested and inspected your return, and we will ensure you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded in your original payment mode within 10 days of payment.
